Here at work, once again struggling to keep my lunch down. This is getting pretty old. I am so tired of feeling nauseous after every time I eat. Makes me not want to eat at all. All I want to do is lay down right now and I can't. There's only 2 of us here and no one to cover. At least I get to leave at 5:30 instead of 6:30. Only 3 more hours to go! :( Waiting for the Meclizine to kick in - if it even will.

Thanks for listening (reading). I have to stop whining about it to my co workers. I'm glad you guys are here :D

Hi Barefut,

I hope your stomach settles down for a moment. At least long enough to eat a huge scoop of my Virtual Fixit IceCream! Virtual IceCream is wonderful as it always soothes the stomach and never upsets it. You can eat whole gallons in one sitting, and have any flavor on earth!

It fixes everything too, even the toe you stubbed last night will feel better. And as a surprise extra benefit, the next day, you will receive lots and lots of mail! It is always great to receive mail, right? Well, there you go! You'll get mail from the landlord, the phone company, the insurance company....
Warm Hugs,

Hey Barefoot

The 'venting' doors here just sway or swing some days (the way we like them to of course) and there's always room for one more 'vent', no matter what ;) ! We're here for you and I sure hope you get some relief soon!
Sending good wishes your way!

Hey Barefut,

Whine away! I sure would if I were nauseous (you'd better believe it!). There are other medications than just meclizine for nausea and vomiting. Would it maybe be worth calling the prescribing doctor and telling him it just isn't working well enough?

Did Shelley mention another side effect of Virtual FixIt Ice Cream? You just can't put weight on eating it. Zero calories per gallon, or maybe it went into negative numbers~ Good stuff, anyhow. I really like the Blue Sky Sunny Day flavour.

Gentle hugs (with bucket waiting),

I don't think there is anything worse than being stuck somewhere other than home when you feel sick. I know there's a nausea pill they give me when I'm in the hospital that they give to people getting chemo that's supposed to be really good. I know it's extremely expensive but maybe something like that would help you.

I'm sorry you have to continue to work and have to suffer through like that. I'm sure the days get really long. You are in my thoughts and I'm sending you hugs.

Warm hugs,
