I dont' do much except for being very gentle. I have digital ulcers and calcinosis. Preventing Raynaud's attacks has helped the digital ulcer case. As far as the calcinosis though, if one breaks don't pick at it and make sure to use an antibiotic ointment or something. Once they get infected it can turn really bad. Sometimes I try to push out as much of the calcium as I can, and quickly put hydrogen peroxide on it. I have this feeling that that deposit is really full and bothersome.
