Hi all,
just to let you know that the picture of my telengectasia is now up and running, don't be alarmed, it is huge!

Thank you for your responses letting me know it wasn't viewable!
ps Yesterday was my birthday...and to those lung doctors that were so very negative 7 years ago...here I am doing well! I had pizza and a glass of wine..I know I know! But amazingly my digestion worked well enough to make it go down! Well eventually

My love and best wishes to all of you, may today be a good day!

Love Alex
x

Hi Alex

Hope you had a fab birthday - keep on proving the doctors wrong! I don't have anything like that number of telengectasia. Did yours happen all at once or did you add to your collection gradually? I just have a few on my hands, face, lips and neck so far.
Take care x

Hello Sierra Sierra!

Thank you for your reply!I have collected my 'red spots' gradually over the years, like a hobby!

My back is worse than any where else, though my neck and chest is beginning to look mighty odd!

I have had laser treatment before which did work but it seemed such a never ending process that I stopped. Love me love my skin that is what I say!
Having said that...thank heavens for make up! :D

Love and a hug
Alex

Hi Alex,

I spoke to you oh a while ago now. Glad to hear you are okay. I also live in Surrey and am under Dr. Shattles with lung problems. I was worried when I didn't see you around on the forum for awhile, so glad to see you are okay.

Lynn

Hi Alex
I can probably look forward to many more 'red spots' then! Do you do the whole camouflage make up thing or just use normal make up? Sorry, I don't seem to do anything but ask you questions so I'll fire one at someone else for a change ...

Amanda Thorpe - you get around a bit! I haven't made many posts myself but have read a lot of posts and you are everywhere so I'll take the opportunity to ask you for some info about the forums. What are the member classifications ie Bronze Member etc and how do you get upgraded? There's my competitive spirit coming through - I want to be a diamond studded platinum member please :D

Take care all xx

Hi all. Just a quick note on the levels. They are related to the number of posts. Keep posting away and you will find yourself rising through the ranks. We haven't invented a diamond studded platinum level yet, so maybe you will be the one to make it happen!
Warm wishes,
Jefa

Hello Sierra Sierra

I'm here there and everywhere!

As already said you move up the ranks, so to speak, based on the amount of your posts, one day you're bronze and the next :fairy: you're something else altogether! Another added bonus to posting a lot is being able to buy and customise your very own living avatar. Methinks it might be time to shop again, the ballgown's rather restrictive!

Take care.

Hi Jefa
:thank-you: Looking at the number of posts you've made to become platinum, methinks it won't be me who gets diamond studded platinum first. I don't have the energy to work, live and post!!
Take care xx

Hi Amanda
:thank-you: I see you've gone for more of a cocktail dress than ballgown now. Looks good!
Take care xx

Hello Sierra Sierra

The ballgown was somewhat restrictive. Mind you my legs are now a bit cold in this dress, we need to be able to purchase wooly tights!

Take care.

Hi Amanda
Yippee, I've been promoted to Bronze! :emoticons-yes:
I thought I'd read in one of your posts that you're a 'hottie' so wouldn't have thought cold legs would be a problem for you. In fact, I think you should go for a minidress next. I'm always cold and have been buying winter woolies today. I usually have scarves and gloves but I've even gone for hats this time. Well, a couple of very retro 60s style peaked caps anyway. Since being diagnosed and reading up, I thought I'd better take the Raynaud's seriously. Should be a good way of dealing with bad hair days too :VeryHappy:
Take care x
