I actually having been having sizable Raynauds problems with my nose. It has spread to my cheeks and inside my mouth.
But yesterday I thought I hit an all time ridiculous level- I had a "brain freeze", like when you drink a really cold drink too fast and you get a pain near your eyes, that lasted most of yesterday and today. It was painful although I sort of got used to it after awhile.

So I have been thinking about how to warm it up. On the inside. If cold drinks give a freeze, maybe warm would relieve it.

I never have liked tea or coffee. Usually the only warm drink I've had is hot chocolate which I have stopped due to caffeine.
I did buy some fruit flavored teas to give a try and thought I would start drinking broth to help.

Any other suggestions?

Did anything work? Hope it is better now.

When I saw the title to your post, I assumed it was memory related as my brain freezes up all the time!
