Joseph Korn was Chief of the Rheumatology Section
of the Boston University Arthritis Center. He was
a highly renowned scleroderma expert with many research
studies and professional publications to his credit.
His lead-in article for Volume 1, entitled "Introduction
to Scleroderma", clearly explains this complex
disease. |
| Dr.
Magdalena Dziadzio is Medical Advisory Chair
of the International Scleroderma Network. She obtained
her medical degree in Poland. She currently works
in the Department of Internal Medicine, University
of Ancona, Italy. She developed her knowledge about
scleroderma working with Prof. Carol Black and her
team at the Department of Rheumatology, Royal Free
Hospital, London. |
| Dr.
Thomas Lehman is Chief of the Division of Pediatric
Rheumatology for The Hospital for Special Surgery
in New York. He is a widely recognized expert in
the field of Juvenile Scleroderma, which is any form
of scleroderma that onsets during childhood. Dr.
Lehman clearly explains Juvenile Scleroderma in the
introduction for the chapter of juvenile scleroderma
patient and caregiver stories. |
| Dr.
Asim Iqbal Qureshi is with the Department of
Obstetrics and Gynecology at Nishtar Hospital in
Multan, Pakistan. He is also the creator of the online
presentation for Scleroderma & Pregnancy.
He developed that presentation for his department
over their concern for a pregnant scleroderma patient.
In this book, Dr. Iqbal shares his story about the
case of the unfortunate fetus. |

Barg is editor-in-chief of Today's Caregiver
Magazine, and founder of Caregiver.com. He is a very
sought-after keynote speaker for many conferences
on health and caregiving. His first-hand experience

| Ione Bridgman,
ISN Artist, painted the fabulous lighthouse for

| Judith
Rose Thompson, co-editor, is ISN Archive Committee
Chair. She is the author of three fiction novels.
Her latest novel, Mind Blindness, was released in
July 2002. Judith volunteered to preserve the sclero.org
stories and to create this book series to benefit
the International Scleroderma Network. |
| Shelley
Ensz is also co-editor of the book. She is Founder
and President of the International Scleroderma Network,
the Scleroderma from A to Z website and the Scleroderma
Webmaster's Association. |
