Dr. Maria Trojanowska

ISN Contributing Author for Voices of Scleroderma Volume 2

Dr. Maria Trojanowska is Professor, Division of Rheumatology and Immunology at the Medical University of South Carolina.

The main area of research in her laboratory is regulation of extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition in healthy tissues and its dysregulation in diseases.

She is a contributing author for Voices of Scleroderma Volume 2 with the medical article in Chapter 1 entitled, Introduction to Scleroderma Fibroblasts. The combination of medical articles from world experts in scleroderma, plus over 100 patient and caregiver stories makes this book series an excellent resource for scleroderma information and support.
