Grazie a questa terapia riesco a condurre una vita quasi normale.

Purple Daisy for Manuela by Sherrill Knaggs, ISN Artist Sono una ragazza di 31 anni, sposata, con un bambino di quattro. Sono affetta da sclerodermia dal 2000.

Tutto è cominciato con dolori a tutte le articolazioni e gonfiore soprattutto alle mani. Sono in cura all'ospedale Santa Chiara di Pisa.

Dopo avermi fatto tutti gli accertamenti, come terapia d'urto mi sono state infuse tre flebo di cortisone. Per i successivi nove mesi, una flebo di ciclofosfamide una volta al mese. Ora seguo una terapia di mantenimento: cortisone, immunodepressore e vasodilatatore.

Grazie a questa terapia riesco a condurre una vita quasi normale.
