Ce este Morpfea?

Scleroderma Morpfea, de obicei incepe cu pete de culoare galbui, uscate, ale pielii. In timp acestea devin tari ca niste placi de forma ovala, cu centrul galbui, inconjurat de un halou de culoare rozacee, sau purpurie.

Morpfea, apare in mod normal in zona trunchiului, dar poate sa apara oriunde pe corp. Sint foarte rare cazurile cind Morphea se transforma in Scleroza Sistemica; (daca se intimpla, se considera ca fiind mai degraba o diagnosticare gresita de la inceput.)

Morpfea Generalizata

Cind leziunile se intind pe o suprafata mai mare a pielii, atunci se numeste Morpfea Generalizata. In acest caz, nu este numai afectiune a pielii, ci sint afectati si muschii, cauzind atrofierea acestora. Morpfea generalizata, NU ataca organele interne.

Tratament

Nici un fel de medicatie, sau unguenti, nu s-au dovedit pina acum ca fiind eficienti. Morpfea, poate sa se retraga de la sine, in mod normal intr-o perioada de 2 la 3 ani.
