Se estimeaza ca fiinta umana, are vreo 50.000 de ginduri/zi.(Ce suma uriasa!)

Da, dar din toata suma asta, doar un sfert din ele (sau poate ca nici atit), sint ginduri pozitive.

Care ne sint posibilitatile, atunci cind stam in fata negativului?

1. Sa despicam firul in patru, gindind, si regindind, si re-regindind (si tot re-re gindind negativul, ajunge sa fie si mai negativ decit este!)

2. Sa il ignoram pur si simplu! Sa ii acordam mai putina atentie, eliberindu-ne de el.

Un gind, oricum ar fi el, pozitiv sau negativ, ramine totusi gind!Cu ginduri sau fara, intr-o zi, ca tot omul, am sa mor. Asa-i firesc. Peste o zi-doua, un an sau zece, nu stiu. Stiu doar ca m-am nascut, si ca exist. Nimeni nu are idee cit de putin sau cit de mult va trai, sau cum va traii.

Dar daca ne uitam la noi, si la cei din jur, si daca stam o clipa sa ne gindim, vedem ca petrecem o mare parte din viata noastra, elaborind rationamente complicate, pe care mai tirziu le nimim "princiipii de viata", si le folosim in a ne jutifica acctiunile, sau, chiar existenta.

Cit de importante sunt aceste justificarari?

Poate ca sunt, poate ca nu sunt.

Dar oare daca timpul asta, l-am lua si l-am folosii iubind pe cei din jur? N-am fi mai fericiti cu un strop? Sau cu un gind, pretuindu-ne la fel de mult?

De ce nu ne-am traii fiecare zi, ca si cum, ne-ar fi ultima zi?

Oare cum ar gindii fiecare, daca s-ar gindii la asta?

Ar mai fi timp de negativism?

Sau toti am cauta dragostea si iertarea?

Poate ca asa, lumea ar fi mai buna. Razbunarea, ura, n-ar mai avea timp, in viata, si poate asa ne-am accepta unii pe altii, mai bine.
