My name is Kiara, I am nineteen years old and I have had Localised Scleroderma (Morphea) for fourteen years.
In all this time I seem to have done nothing more than "jump" from one hospital to another! I was at the Santa Chiara Hospital in Pisa, where they tortured me with cortisone injections.
Finally, after almost four years of treatments, my last hope arrived in the form of the "De Marchi" Hospital in Milan. Here the doctors managed to stop the disease, which is a great victory after so many years of suffering!
