Dave S: Undiagnosed and Brother of Scleroderma Patient
Six months now...

Skyscape for Dave S, by Sherrill Knaggs, ISN Artist A small black spot appeared on my left index finger around Easter of 2004.

After several MRI's, a CDA and recently an angiogram (because my doctor thought I had a blood clot in my shoulder) that were all negative, I am still undiagnosed. That small spot has not grown in the past six months, but it also has not healed. It only bothers me when I bump it.

I have been a diabetic for thirty years, and used chewing tobacco for thirty-three years. After all the negative tests, my doctor now suspects Berger's Disease.

After searching around the web I found this web site about scleroderma, which my sister has been diagnosed with due to tightness and dryness in her skin. It is amazing what people learn on their own that doctors should already know!

Thanks for your web site!
