Dave S: Undiagnosed and Brother of Scleroderma Patient
Six months now...

Asmall black spot appeared on my left index finger aroundEaster of 2004.

After several MRI's, a CDA and recently anangiogram (because my doctor thought I had a blood clotin my shoulder) that were all negative, I am still undiagnosed. That small spot has not grown in the past six months, butit also has not healed. It only bothers me when I bumpit.

I have been a diabetic for thirty years, and used chewing tobacco for thirty-three years. Afterall the negative tests, my doctor now suspects Berger'sDisease.

After searching around the web I found thisweb site about scleroderma, which my sister has been diagnosed with due to tightnessand dryness in her skin. It is amazing what people learnon their own that doctors should already know!

Thanks for your web site!
