Hilde: Scleroderma, Lupus, Raynaud's

I have been through hell and back several times.

Pink Flower for Hilde by Shelley Ensz I am going to make my story a short one.

I was diagnosed with lupus, scleroderma and Raynaud's in 1997. I have been through hell and back several times. The Raynaud's has been very painful for seven long years. I went through different medications and even had surgery where they stripped the veins. That did not work.

Anyway, just three months ago, I was introduced to a Dr. Elizabeth Fowler at the pain management clinic at St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, Ohio. She did a 'Stella Ganglion nerve block' for severe ulcers in five different fingers between both hands. Guess what?

They went away and stayed away for about two months. I was supposed to have two other ones done with the first one, but it was not needed.

Now it is very cold and wet outside and again I have the painful ulcers. I just recently had another injection and again it is working. What I am saying is ask your doctor about this!
