  1. Hi everyone, I am a 29 year old with 3 little girls under the age of three. I have a history of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis(remission) hypothyroidism and micro colitis, but I am actually a pretty healthy lady and have a normal busy life! I have had chronic hives for over 3 months and went to my family doctor for the same who referred me to a specialist. They did lots of blood work and my ANA and anti-SCL-70 came back as positive today (my family doctor let me know). I have no symptoms of scleroderma. I am so scared I can hardly think. I don’t have another appointment with the specialist for 4 weeks but I need to get in to see him; I can’t live like this. I can’t imagine not being able to care for my family. Does anyone know if this could be a mistake ? Can you live a normal life with this disease ?
