Hi Joelf,
Depression, a high risk factor in lupus. That's interesting. I have limited scleroderma that was diagnosed 2 years ago by my gastroenterologist because I have dysmotility issues of my GI tract, especially my esophagus. I've suffered from depression for many years. I'm now wondering if there is a connection. I don't get much satisfaction from my general practitioner, rheumatologist, or even scleroderma specialists. I get the feeling that they are not concerned because I have limited systemic sclerosis and still function pretty well.
