  1. Case Report: Systemic scleroderma–related interstitial pneumonia associated with borderline pulmonary arterial hypertension. The clinical condition improved dramatically with a combination therapy of an antifibrotic agent, pirfenidone for 12 months, and the dual endothelin receptor antagonist, macitentan, with prednisolone.
