  1. Autoantibodies are present before the clinical diagnosis of systemic sclerosis (SSc). Our findings demonstrate that relevant seropositive autoantibodies often precede the clinical diagnosis of Ssc/no scleroderma renal crisis (SRC) and SSc/SRC.
