Congratulations!

9 posts in this topic

Hello Ladies

Beautiful baby girl was born on February 12th, 7lb 13 ounces, oh did I mention she's beautiful? :high-five: Unfortunately I haven't been able to see her in the flesh yet, just via web cam, as they live too far for me to travel but I will be seeing her in a couple of weeks when the new family come to stay for the weekend.

Even better is that baby's mother will soon be my daughter-in-law :emoticons-yes: because she and my stepson got engaged just before baby's birth. :terrific: Can't wait for the wedding although no date has yet been set.

You can't beat being a Grandma at 42 let me tell ya!

Take care.

Hi Amanda.

Congratulations on being a grandma. I am so envious, I am 52 and still no sign of any grand children yet. At this rate I will be dribbling and wearing nappies long before they come along!!!

Hugs and kisses to the little girl x x x

Hello Amanda

Only just logged on and sending belated congratulations on your becoming a Grandma. I hope that by now you will have met your grand daughter face to face.

Best wishes to you both and envious as I think I will have to wait awhile to become a Grandma myself.

Warm wishes

Sue :flowers: :woohoo:

Yes, Amanda, I too am a little late in wishing you congratulations on being a grandmother. :emoticon-congratulations: I never had a baby myself so grandchildren are not an option and most of my friends are posting pictures of theirs now and they are just the cutest things! :emoticon-hug: May her life be blessed with health and happiness!

Thank you ladies! Yesterday I finally got to see my granddaughter! :woohoo: She is so beautiful and cute and sweet and wonderful! :terrific: Oh yeah she's got a set of lungs on her! She loves her food and finishes her bottle so quickly and really enjoys the next one!

My stepson and his fiance are natural parents, so laid back and totally besotted with their baby and I hope to see her again soon!

Take care.
