Got an appointment at UCSF with specialist

5 posts in this topic

It's for 5/2/11. This means another 9 hour bus ride down on the Sunday before the appointment. She told me twice what the specialist's field was but I could not really catch it. She did say it was to evaulate CREST so it must be the right one.

Keep a good thought that I get at least an idea of my future and some help with the medications. Then I'll be tapping those ruby slippers to get home as soon as possible. Hopefully my last preggo goatie will be a good girl and deliver before I have to go.

Hi Enjoy,

Glad to hear you've got your specialist appointment.

Hopefully they'll be able to advise you and sort out your medications satisfactorily for you.

I hope your goat has a trouble free birth and produces on time!! ;)

:emoticons-line-dance: Woohoo! Good news! Y'know, you can almost certainly look the specialist up on the internet. Try searching on both the name and UCSF.

Baby goat?! That's great! Fingers crossed that the timing is just right and Mama and Kid are both fine.

Good luck with your appointment at UCSF .... they have some terrific scleroderma experts .. and now have a scleroderma clinic. I also go the Intersitial Lung Disease clinic there too. Worth the wait for the appointment and travel too! Take good care!
