Those with chronic illness need to make financial plans early, advocate says.

 

Simply having a will or even a list of end-of-life concerns isn't enough. People who are chronically ill need to maintain as much control over their affairs as they can and to trust that everything will go as planned during times when their condition temporarily makes them too sick to care for themselves.
