isnehting
Warming drinks for Winter. One mug of water add 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cinnamon (I prefer Ceylon) heat in microwave til hot add 1 heaping teaspoon of honey. cool until drinkable and stir often. Also tasty, and warming is warm Mead. (wine made from honey) you can use the mulling spices they often hang around the neck of the bottle, or use a mix you prefer. I just like it plain, and warmed. -You can relax and pretend you are Queen Guinevere! For a cold, sore throat, cough, or to help you sleep well after being chilled. In a large glass: 1-2 tablespoons of whisky (your choice) 1-2 tablespoon of honey 2 tablespoon of lemon juice add hot water and stir. okay to add more honey if you like, and adjust the whisky to your taste. You can leave it out, but it does help ease a cough.
