Thanks, susieq! I feel I've been doing well (at least until I turned in for the night, attempting to get comfortable). I felt a "shift" in the area of my surgery, which made it virtually impossible to find a position, free of pain, except in the sitting position, leaning over. However, by 3am, an hour after Eddy and I awoke, I was able to walk without a lateral tilt, which I was relieved about; I really wasn't looking forward to a day of ant-counting, especially since this is a day in which much will be going on and I can't lolly-gag!

Well, I'm off to the showers so I can get my day started!

Hugs and Love back to you!

Hi Susie,

Isn't it delightful to wake up to a wonderful, fresh new day without a gallbladder attack to worry about, or a surgery to "look forward" to? I've never missed mine for a single second. It made itself such a pain before we parted ways, that I was happy to see it go tally-ho. And they do have delightful ways of doing day surgery now. About the only way they could improve the procedure is to use silk robes and deliver an armful of fresh, Godiva-chocolate flowers post-op.

Nonetheless, it's still an ordeal and I'm glad you made it through in one piece without any major complications. I hope your recovery continues to go very well.

Susie, sorry I'm just now reading this! WOW! You've had some excitement in the past few weeks! I'm so glad that the surgery went well and that your quality of life has improved since. Did you feel off balance once your tilt was gone? :) Hope things continue to improve! Lots of hugs Darlin!
