Lung Function Test

6 posts in this topic

Hi every one this is Lyndylou 5 who has had to change name again AKA Lynn Jarvis .

Had Lung function yesterday and saw lung specialist today. Good news, lungs have improved a bit and are still stable from last test 4 months ago. I was so pleased, after being told I only had about 2 years left to live, and 1 and 1/2 years later I'm stable. I think you can all imagine the look of complete joy on my face! It was magic.

hugs

Lynn

Hi Lynn,

I'm thrilled that your lung function has been stable for four months. It's amazing sometimes how our bodies can defeat the odds and perform the same or better than expected, isn't it? Perhaps both the good news and the bad news with scleroderma is that it doesn't seem very prone to following rules or predictions, and it will wax and wane as it pleases. And this not only pleases you, it makes all of us want to jump for joy!
