Sine Scleroderma, Psoriatic Arthritis and Lupus!

9 posts in this topic

Hi folks!

Been a while since I posted and busy with it all, changing doctors etc. It was back and forth and yada yada yada but I'll pop in more often now.

Now gets this, as the title says, I have Sine Scleroderma, PsA and Lupus!

My, aren't I special? -_-

As my sclero specialist opened "you are a very interesting individual."

I mean all three?

Gonna get fun now! :emoticon-dont-know:

Hi Sticky,

How lovely to hear from you again and I see you've hit the jackpot!! ;)

At least you do have a diagnosis now, which must be a relief, as sometimes the unknown can be worse. I've included links to Sine Scleroderma, Psoriatic Arthritis and Lupus and also a link to our medical page Systemic Scleroderma in Overlap which I do hope you'll find informative and helpful.

Please do keep updating us and don't be a stranger! ;) :)

Kind regards,

Hello Sticky

Glad you're back and yes it will get very interesting with those three diseases, the good news is that if you have an overlap disease you don't get the full spectrum of it so although you have scleroderma sine scleroderma, psoriatic arthritis and lupus you won't get all the symptoms of each disease but rather a selection of them.

The competition for most multiple autoimmune diseases or MAS (multiple autoimmune syndrome) would likely be won by Deb1million who has 10 autoimmune diseases or Shelley who has enough to have a MAS diagnosis but I don't know the actual number but it's way more than 3. Those of us with 2,3 or 4 are clearly light weights! :emoticons-yes:

Take care.

Sticky you always make me smile but no you don't get to choose! The rest of us don't so neither do you otherwise they'd be a mad rush, like a bargain basement clear out, for the best symptoms...hmm...remind me which ones they are again?! :emoticon-dont-know:  :emoticon-dont-know:  :emoticon-dont-know:

Take care.
