I'm assuming that your enquiry relates to Microstomia (Small Mouth) and I've included a link to our medical page to give you some more information. However, Miscrostomia can also be a symptom of other diseases, not only scleroderma, so I would suggest that if you're experiencing symptoms which concern you, then a visit to your primary doctor would be your best move.

My lips are smaller and I have sine scleroderma.   Several doctors have noticed but I really don’t know if it is due to ageing or scleroderma.  Dentist comment that my mouth is small and recently my GI Dr mentioned the mouth puckering up.
