Cancers associated with systemic sclerosis (SSc) involving anti-RNA polymerase III antibodies.

Anti-RNA polymerase III antibodies are useful for SSc diagnosis in patients without anti-centromere or anti-Scl70 antibodies and their presence must lead physicians to screen for associated cancer, even in the absence of clinical signs. PubMed, Ann Dermatol Venereol, 09/13/2017. (Also see Antibodies and Cancer)
