Ideas for thought

I was thinking about the items I make that help me through the day and maybe I could post the patterns with step by step instructions. Also others could post what helps them to make it through.

 

If this is not acceptable, please let me know.

What a lovely idea; I think that any helpful ways to make our members' lives more enjoyable would be most welcome. :happy:

 

Sadly, I’m afraid I don’t really have any creative talents, so I can’t give out any tips myself; the last time I made anything I think I was at school (many, many years ago! :wink:) so I’m not going to be very much use on this thread. :crying:

Ah is it okay to include coffee, ice cream and pretzels?  And reading or coloring or listening to music. 

 

I usually feel better in the am, then tank around 3-4.  REALLY tank!  Not so fortunate for my later in the evening patients (I'm a psychologist). I write a lot,  Sometimes a letter to a friend who sends me letters back the old fashioned way, but often just whatever pops into my head,  And does everyone by now know that you can get some guided meditations at your app store? 

 

All of that only sometimes works.  Nance HG
