Carmella
I was diagnosed with Diffuse Scleroderma with positive polymerase III and I am needing some info on anyone taking combination therapy. I have been on cellcept for 9 months which seems to have helped some but I was put on Rituxan about 7 months ago. I have had 3 infusions and I am receiving my 4th Sept 3. My infusions are in a series of 2 every 6 months. I started to see a specialist and he wants me on actemra instead of Rituxin. Has anyone had improvements with Rituxan or Actemra? I feel cellcept has had the most effect. I know everyone is different and reacts differently to drugs but I was hoping to hear positive things about the drugs.
Joelf
Hi Carmella, Welcome to these forums. I'm afraid I have no experience of taking either Rituxan, Actemra or Cellcept so can't give you any first hand advice. However, I have included links to our medical pages fo these drugs, which I hope you'll find helpful and informative. Kind regards,
