Hi all,

I am going in tomorrow for six days of chemo and then for my stem cells to be given back to me. Apparently the volume of them is so tiny they have to dilute them in something, otherwise there'd be no point putting them in a drip. After that, I will be moved into a sterile room for about ten days to two weeks, depending on how I'm doing.

I've had a great week with my mum and consequently feel pretty relaxed about going in.

Will let you all know how it went when I get out. Keep smiling :)

Diagnosed diffuse systemic scleroderma December 2005 (on my 30th birthday, as if turning 30 wasn't enough?!)

This is really exciting! I can't wait to hear from you in a couple of weeks. Get plenty of rest while you're in the hospital (if you can) and let us know how you're doing as soon as you feel up to it.

We'll be thinking of you!

Big Hugs,
