Sam Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 1/2 cup of chopped onion 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon all purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 2 cups of milk 2 cups of cubed turkey breast 1 cup frozen vegetables 2 cups of hot mashed potatoes 1. In a large sauce pan saute onion in butter until tender, Sprinkle with flour salt and pepper. Stir in the milk until blended. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened or bubbly. 2. Add turkey and vegetables;cover and simmer until heated through. Serve over mashed potatoes. Yeild 4 servings.
