This is one of our favorite cookie recipes. Thoroughly cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stirin peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients, stir in creamed mixture. Drop byrounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press with floured fork. Bake 350degree oven aprox. 10 -12 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies. Stir some choco-chips to the last portion of the batch, the kids love them. Great. If you like extrasmall cookies for kids this recipe makes about 12 dozen quarter sized tiny cookies.
