Hello, my name is Marina, I am forty-seven years old, and for quite a few years now I have had problems such as eczema in my ear, vitiligo, nodules in the thyroid, dry eyes with a positive Schirmer's test, and vertigo.
A few months ago the doctor ordered an analysis where I tested positive for anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA) as well, and from here it lead to a Sjogren's Syndrome diagnosis, although I do not know whether it is primary or secondary.
Right now I am being treated in Lesi, Italy. I am using anti-inflammatories, waiting for an adequate therapy. I would like to get any advice from rheumatologists or people who, like me, have this type of problem. I am worried about the illness and its evolution.
I would also like to ask if it is possible to relieve the symptoms and stop the malady with homeopathic cures. Thanks to whomever would like to answer this.
